Dr. Radulski is an expert on neurodiversity inclusion, and an academic in Sociology and Legal Studies. She commenced her career in higher education in 2017, having spent the past decade leading and designing multi-award-winning research studies and programs recognised for excellence in Innovation, Leadership, Teaching, and Knowledge Mobilisation.
In addition to her academic research, she supports organizations, universities, and employers with advancing their strategic planning, program delivery, and policy-based approaches to Neurodiversity inclusion; offering research-backed and evidence-based professional development training, leadership coaching, and strategic and policy support. Her interdisciplinary and intersectional approach focuses primarily on conceptualizing Neurotypical Privilege, and identifying structural, social, and institutional barriers to inclusion for Neurominority groups (e.g. Autism, ADHD, mental health conditions).
